Black Christmas (1974)


Black tea (TeaGschwender Christmas tea), brewed with cinnamon stick

1.5 oz Cream sherry

.75 oz Canadian whisky

1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Honey, to taste

Lemon wedge for garnish


Brew tea with cinnamon, let steep for at least 5 minutes. Stir in sherry, whisky, lemon, and honey. Serve warm with lemon wedge.
