Dolly Dearest (1991)

1.5 oz ancho chile liquor

1 oz añejo tequila

1 oz pineapple juice

.5 oz agave simple syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

Classic and habanero tajin

Lemon twist for garnish

Lightly rim glass with tajin (I mixed both flavours, but please feel free to adjust based on what kind of heat you want). Combine remaining ingredients (optional: add a dash of habanero tajin) in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour, add your lemon twist, and serve to your dearest.
